Home Buying Process

Buying a home can be an exciting, yet stressful process. As your agent I will guide you through the process and help alleviate that stress. You can utilize my knowledge and experience as a real estate agent to ensure a smooth and prosperous transition to your new home for you and your family!


I love working with first time home buyers and helping them through the entire process by answering any questions and guiding them through the home buying process!

Meet with you to determine your goals and desires.

Convey and review duties and responsibilities as your agent.

Ensure proper pre-approval is done with a lender.

Send you listings that match your desires in a home.

View matched listings and schedule tours to view the homes.

Submit the purchase offer on the home you have chosen.

Negotiate the best deal for you.

Home inspection is performed, I meet with you and inspector.

Review the inspection report together.

Select items to be repaired or fixed by the seller before purchasing.

Order appraisal.

Buyer and Seller review and sign documents (separately).

Schedule and attend Final walk-thru with you.

Lender “Funds Loan” and documents are recorded, and escrow is closed.

You will receive your new home keys!
